3. Unboxing Video Requirement: In order to process your return request, we require an unboxing video that clearly demonstrates the damage to the product. This video is crucial to help us understand the extent of the damage and ensure a smooth return process.
4. Initiating the Return: Within 3 days of receiving the damaged product, please send us an email at pinchclub1@gmail.com. Include the following details in your email:
- Product name and description
- Invoice or order number
- Unboxing video link
- Brief explanation of the damage
5. Shipping Charges: Please note that the shipping charges for returning the damaged product will be borne by you, the customer. We recommend using a reliable and trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the product.
6. Return Condition: To facilitate a successful return, ensure that the product is returned in the same condition as received. All original tags, packaging materials, and accessories should be intact and included. Failure to comply with this condition may result in the return being ineligible for a refund.
